I really like this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I can always find everything I need here.

Today I went to buy a lawn trimmer and it had a security device. The employee could barely understand how to find the trimmer to unlock. "I need you to unlock it". No you can do that at checkout. I go to checkout. "there is a security device that needs unlocking" and i get "no it's fine". Security device goes off and i go to customer service and said why was nobody capable of unlocking this device when i asked and the guy replied "that's hilarious" and "they were probably just new". None of these employees were new this is just how this Lowe's operates. Another time i went to buy a door and the woman working the door counter didn't know where anything was and didn't know anything about doors to even answer my questions. She directed me to "look it up on the website". Honestly this place is a giant waste of your time go to a different hardware store where people know what they're doing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was initially helped by a lady who was very kind and professional. She assisted me with purchasing my cabinets, and after I paid, I was told that all cabinets would be delivered the next day. When the delivery arrived, three cabinets were missing. We went back to the store to resolve the issue, but instead of receiving help, we were treated very poorly by the manager, P.A. He was extremely rude, raised his voice, and spoke to us in a completely unacceptable manner. No customer should ever be treated that way, especially by a manager. We lost over an hour of our time trying to get answers, and everyone kept pointing fingers at another store, saying they were not responsible for the mistake. However, I purchased the cabinets through this store, so as a customer, I should not have to deal with internal issues between locations. The missing cabinets were frustrating enough, but the managerโ€™s attitude made the experience much worse. A manager should know how to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at Loweโ€™s. I will think twice before making

Staff are usually quite helpful or will find someone who is. Prices are a tad higher than the other big box diy store. Sometimes quality is better but there are a few items Iโ€™ve purchased over the years that were rather inferior to the other more affordable store in the next townโ€ฆ I do appreciate and often come for landscaping or greenhouse selections in the 3 planting seasons.
